To explain why we originally decided to make Erie our home base, here is the press release from the big move in 2016:
Colorado Safari Properties, LLC announces the grand opening of our Real Estate Brokerage located in Historic Erie at 526 Briggs Street, Suite C (Note: we are now in Suite A).
Renowned for our focus on serious real estate representation and strong client advocacy, Colorado Safari Properties has experienced first-hand the growth and desirability of Northern metro area real estate. This drove our direction to stake our claim with our new brokerage.
Our humble beginnings are rooted in the love of the Colorado outdoors and exceptional lifestyle properties. That means, we remain equally at home negotiating a 10-acre equestrian property, (with its well water, septic system, easements, barn, and water rights), as we are delivering the winning offer on the prettiest house in a master planned community or urban retreat.
“Having personally experienced the pros and cons of Big Name real estate companies and boutique independent firms, we discovered the boutique brokerage model is best equipped to deliver today’s expectations of highly personalized, sophisticated and experienced real estate services. Our brokerage, by its boutique nature, is more intimately involved with each buyer and seller client throughout the entire real estate transaction. Since we do not subscribe to the business model of onboarding dozens of new agents each year, our first and only business model is advocating for our clients.”
We especially look forward to continued representation of Buyers and Sellers in our neighboring communities of Colliers Hill, Erie Highlands, Vista Ridge, Erie Commons, Canyon Creek, Erie Village, Flatiron Meadows, Kenosha Farms, Grandview, Northridge, Creekside, Brownsville and of course, Historic Erie.
Natalie Quaratino continues her role as Listing Agent Specialist and now proudly begins her tenure as Managing Broker and Proprietress at Colorado Safari Properties, LLC. Her first love is developing the strategic marketing and customized approach to each property listed and has a history of breaking price per square foot price records on properties she represents and negotiates.
Raechel Taylor is our Broker Associate and brings plenty of Erie experience as a Canyon Creek neighborhood alumni. With her laser-focused approach and exceptional client care, she demonstrates the enviable and trademark characteristics of a top real estate professional. Developed over years of physical and mental discipline as a competitive gymnast, Raechel’s clients find she brings a determination, strength, and winning attitude as your advocate.
Amy Englert is our Business Development Specialist, managing much of our social media, dedicating efforts to our community engagement promises, and in the background handling many client-focused tasks. Her ‘quiet’ work many times makes the difference in elevating your experience at Colorado Safari Properties to that of a bespoke interaction. For our equine inclined clientele, Amy is our resident “Dressage Diva.”
Gigi the boxer is the office mascot, nub-wagger, and welcome wagon. In her spare time, she enjoys chasing squirrels, getting sprayed with the hose, and chewing the squeakers out of her toys, but Real Estate is her true passion.
