Today at Colorado Safari Properties, we wanted to highlight some of the ways that we are using social media in 2019 to help make your experience with real estate a better one, whether you are a current buyer or seller, or just someone who likes to keep up with the market. The more informed you are, the less stressful and more rewarding the process can be!
We will be using this blog to give you information about local market statistics, general information about real estate and transactions that many buyers aren’t familiar with – and also to give tips about decorating trends, how to get the most bang for your buck when remodeling, and fun family events on the Front Range. There is a reason that the area has become so popular, and we would love to help you make the best of it.
Additionally, we will be using Pinterest for our current listings. Each listing has its own board, which includes photos, informal video walkthroughs (where you can really see the “real” property), and area information. Our YouTube channel has these video walkthroughs, as well as some videos that we have made just for fun to show some of our office events, charitable giving, and of course a dash of equine passion. We also have Twitter and Instagram to get to know our customers better, share articles written by others that we love, and of course keep up with the exploits of our mascot, Gigi, the Colorado Safari Properties dog.
