On the Erie Neighborhood Walkabout page, you’ll find most of the major neighborhoods in Erie, with descriptions, any publicly available HOA and regulatory documents, and any active listings in that neighborhood. Under each neighborhood, we have insider tips from our own experience about some of the neighborhood features or nearby amenities. Because we know some buyers have strong feelings about the county (Boulder/Weld), that is always noted. In sum, we really want this page to be your one-stop-shop for real estate information specific to Erie!

Have you fallen in love with a particular neighborhood already? Our neighborhood-specific searches are always current, and display homes for sale by neighborhood all on the same page! We produce a great resource for Erie Real Estate, called the Safari Report. The Safari Report is a customized, Hyperlocal report that includes recent statistics about the Erie market for specific neighborhoods. The data includes average sale prices, days on market, average appreciation/depreciation, and other figures that buyers and sellers can use to be best prepared in the Erie Market. This is for easy reference… If you’re interested in a specific neighborhood, you can get an idea of what the HOA covers and requires. Additionally, we note which neighborhoods have no HOA! If you get more serious in the buying process, remember to do your own due diligence as regulations may have been updated or changed.
